We loved our stay at this hotel. There were 7 of us and we stayed in a beautiful large room that sleeps up to 12. They provided robes and slippers and amenities for everyone as well. It was a fun way to spend our final night in Tokyo.

The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was huge and had a wonderful balcony where we sat in the morning and drank coffee. I loved that everything we needed was provided by the hotel—coffee supplies, bottled water, slippers, and basic toiletries like brush, toothbrush, etc. The coffee was delicious! The hotel was close to many great shops, restaurants, and convenient stores. It was also on a couple of blocks away from the subway station and it was a very centralized location so it was easy to get anywhere in Tokyo. The only thing that was great, but also not great was the washing machine. It was located in the room, which was so convenient. It was a combo washer/dryer—and you can buy the detergent for 100¥ in the lobby—but be sure to dry in very small loads and give yourself plenty of time. We’d absolutely stay here again. It was a great hotel.

The staff were all very helpful and always courteous. However, the Hotel seemed a little run down, masking tape on walls in the room to cover damage, filters unclean and no proper bedding for our toddler was supplied, just sheets and a duvet on a very uncomfortable couch (not a fold out). There is no proper soundproofing, so the street noise was an issue at night, and the rooms did not get cleaned, even though it was requested, just clean towels left hanging on the outside of the door in a plastic bag.

I strongly suggest this property due to its excellent convenience; it’s just a three-minute walk to the metro station. There are also numerous restaurants and a Family Food Mart in the vicinity. The staff exceeded my expectations, and the location is wonderful—during my stay, I always felt secure while walking around the area.

They went above and beyond for me when I lost my bag! They are amazing, I extended my stay another 4 days because I didn’t wanna stay anywhere else. They made my stay feel just at home. I love how they had a 2 in 1 washer and dryer. I could wash everyday I was there. Although there’s no food in the lobby, that was not too much of a deal breaker as there were many places to eat right outside the door! 5/5!!

The room and bathroom were nice, clean and quiet. It's inconvenient to have to go down to the reception area to get amenities,i.e. towels, coffee. Etc. This hotel has no lounge or restaurants. Just the bare minimum.

Room smelled of mildew

The room was large with plenty of amenities. Location was close to several rail stations and many restaurants. However, the room and especially the bathroom had a constant aroma of mold or mildew. The rugs in the room were soiled, walls were dirty, and the think layer of dust on the floor behind the door in the bathroom tells me the rooms do not get cleaned properly. Earlier in the trip we stayed at a MONday property and it was excellent. I'm sad we started away for this stay.

Excellent service and stay

Staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was spacious for a family of 5. Hotel was clean and close to lots of restaurants and public transportation. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here as a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Room was really clean and beds were very spacious for the 4 of us. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. Location was ideal, considering 5 min walk to nearest subway, with plenty of convenience stores and restaurants around.
