A great hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean, and parking free and easy. Located near airport but also close to Montanas, Kelsey’s and there’s a Denny’s in hotel. Less than 10 mins to Etobicoke.The waterslide not operational, but we weren’t interested in using pool facilities anyhow.

The bed was very nice and check in and out was very easy. The water controls weren’t great which led to a bunch of issues. The TV was supposed to allow casting but didn’t as it wasn’t connected to the internet. It was a decent hotel at a decent price but just missed a few things to be excellent.

Dirty Hotel

Our stay at the Sandman Hotel came with several unpleasant surprises. The carpet in the room was extremely dirty, to the point we didn’t feel comfortable walking on it. The pool water was brown with visible particles, clearly unclean. In the morning, the coffee service was poor—when I opened a small cream cup, it was moldy and blue. Thankfully, I checked before pouring it in my coffee. These issues raise serious health concerns, and I reported them to Ontario Health. I truly hope management addresses these problems so future guests can have a safe and comfortable
