We very much enjoyed our 10 days at Komaneka at Rasa Sayan where the standard of service, room and breakfast were excellent. Having stayed there before the standards were again very high and again most appreciated. The hotel is perfectly situated in Monkey Forest Road and within reasonable walking distance to many high quality shops, restaurants and bars, for example, Donna, Honey & Smoke, Watercress and Parsir. We absolutely loved our stay at Komaneka Rasa Sayang. The staff were kind, friendly, welcoming, helpful, and professional. The service was exceptional. We loved the lush grounds. We enjoyed cooling off in the pool, afternoon tea, watching monkeys play, and reading poolside between stints sightseeing and shopping. Nearby dining was excellent. The property was excellent from the check in to the appreciation of the staff and there courteous manner. We had a small issue with the cleanliness which was rectified immediately. Location fantastic but more importantly the personalised service, which was impeccable. Definitely would recommend and will be revisiting when in the Ubud area.
