The staff here are really friendly, well-trained, and proactive. We only needed to hint we were looking for something and they stepped out of their way to make us happy. We did a lot of walking in the area. There was lots of shopping and dining options. Our tours picked us up right in front of the hotel. I am sorry we took your bed apart to find out who made the mattress it was so comfortable. I hope housekeeping was not too upset with us.

Beautiful property with friendly staff. Room was overall clean, but the floor was oddly wet. I'm not sure if perhaps they deep cleaned the carpet before we arrived...? Carpet wet, and bathroom floor sticky. Seemed odd for a 'nicer' hotel and paying nearly $600 for the night.

The staff was very helpful and nice. I would love to stay here again. The rooms are roomy and have a lovely, calm environment. There is a gym, pool and hot tub in the hotel and resturant downstairs. Their breakfast buffet was fresh and worth it!
