Nice hotel

This is a very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. It is in a quiet area, but also near many restaurants and transportation stops. Facing the canal. Walking distance to the train station. The service was excellent.

excellent breakfast and beautiful room! they gave us a complementary upgrade. It's about a 30 min walk to all the sights but we enjoyed the exercise. Shopping and restaurants are close by, but it was very quiet.

Highly recommend Carnival Palace Hotel

Great location away from the busy areas. Modern and clean. Front desk staff are very friendly, helpful, and speak perfect English. I’ve stayed at their sister hotel in Venice and both hotels are wonderful.

Hotel was fine but a little overpriced for what you get. I do have to commend the staff. They were all exceptionally friendly unhelpful. We did have a problem with mosquitoes and it probably would be good when you check in for them to mention that is a good idea to keep the windows closed to prevent mosquitoes from getting in the room Even though they have a sign on the window, but it’s easy to miss. Overall, it was fine, but not extraordinary.

Beautiful hotel set outside the busy area. Very easy walking distance to the grand canal and some very nice restaurants near by. Breakfast was good, but the eggs were “ok”, pastries were excellent. Front desk was friendly and able to make all taxi bookings via WhatsApp. Beds were comfy and rooms were spacious. Only missing a bathrob to make it a perfect stay. Would return and recommend.
