First-time visitors in Venice. The hotel was excellent—located away from the crowds but within walking distance of the main sites and train station. The staff was excellent and forthcoming. Our flight back home was very early, so we had to leave before breakfast, but the staff organised takeaway breakfast for the whole family without us even asking. Brilliant attention to detail. Will recommend this hotel to all our friends.

A Wonderful Palace to Stay in Venice

Staying here was an overall great experience. The staff were very welcoming and eager to assist with any of my needs/requests. My stay was booked during valentine's day and they were able to get flower peddles brought in for the bed on a last minute request on my way out the door to pick up my fiancée. We also opted in to attend the masquerade party that was being held as part of Carnival in Venice and that was a nice optional extra the hotel put together for guests. The only thing that seemed a bit of room for improvement would be trying to order breakfast to the room. It didn’t seem as though this was an expected request and the staff seemed unprepared for it but did their best to accommodate. At the end of our stay they also offered complimentary baggage storage for us for the time between checkout and our next reservation which was unexpected and very appreciated!

Excellent place to stay in Venice, especially if, like me you do not like being at a hotel that is right in the midst of all the crowds and tourists. This hotel is perfect as it was very convenient to the water taxis, and easy enough to walk. It was also very convenient to get to the train station walking with our luggage. They do have a breakfast available for an additional fee. Prior to our stay, they had the best communication with me and giving us suggestions on how to arrive there, couple offers of assistance. The hotel was very clean and neat. We did not utilize the restaurant/bar that was connected to the hotel. There was one there. The perfect location right near the Jewish ghetto and a 10 minute walk to the train station. Comfortable and clean! Will definitely stay there again next time I’m in Venice.

Property and staff are great, room walls are paper thin so you hear everything not matter what side you stay on, we stayed in a room that literally had the staff elevator going off at 6am and felt like the door was opening inside our room.

Fantastic value for money. The staff are outstanding. The location is excellent - the Cannaregio canal is attractive and less busy than the rest of Venice. It's a great option particularly if you've been to Venice before and want to explore It's hidden gems away from the main tourist areas. The hotel rooms are very quiet but the bar is pleasantly buzzy.
