The hotel is clean- breakfast is good but would have preferred more variety as we stayed for 3 days and it was the same- but good quality definitely- the location is ideal with view on grand canal and close to train station

The hotel is in a great location to access the station, water taxis from the hotel or on foot. The standard rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Our room had noisy air conditioning and turned off we could hear it from adjoining room. The rooms also do not have coffee or tea making facilities which I missed. We had breakfast each day which was plentiful and there is seating outside viewing the canal. There are plenty of restaurants outside and nearby. Overall an enjoyable stay.

i stayed in a room overlooking the main walkway from transit down the road and shops and restaurants awesome for convenience in day but could not sleep at night so noisy no air so you need window open but for a short stay 2 nights perfect i survived

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel — the room was clean, comfortable, and overall everything was fine. However, I was surprised that there was no coffee machine or kettle provided in the room, which would have made the stay more convenient. Also, bottled water was quite expensive, which was a bit disappointing. Aside from these small issues, the experience was good and the service was friendly.

Excellent service, easy to check bags before/after stay and very easy access to the train line (which is a trade off for how busy/touristy this area is). Be forewarned that if you’re staying over on a Friday night, there is significant noise Saturday morning for multiple hours while the trash boat loads up numerous cart loads in the canal right by your windows. Beautiful views and service overall.

I checked in on 4/22 . The temp outside was prob in the mid 70’s . The room was super hot. AC not working. I called front desk. I was told per “City of Venice” they can’t turn on AC till May. All they can do for me is to give me a small portable fan. They can’t refund me either. I needed to keep windows open to get some air from outside but then with all the noise of water transportation in the canal I did not get sleep. What a nigthmare! This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. Guess what,? On my last night 4/24 the AC was finally on. What happened to no AC till May? The front desk staff who I complained to was very rude. Will never ever come back to this hotel.

A romantic stay

My room had a bad sewage smell. But the hotel were amazing enough to put us into a new room. The breakfast is amazing, it is a 4 star hotel, so any room you purchase, you will definitely get breakfast for free.
