Exterior of Hotel looks dated. The interior of the rooms had a lot of rust on the mirror frames, door hinges and large sliding glass window/door was filthy. The carpet was very worn. I understand it’s near the ocean, but we have stayed at many hotels near an ocean and they were well kept up.

Hotel was completely inaccessible. Flooded throughout and unable to enter. We were told to find emergency vehicles and ask them for help. I asked for a refund to which they said no; the hotel was accessible (if you asked an emergency vehicle for help) um, hello??? Hotels.com representative pulled through and got it cancelled no charge.
