The hotel is beautiful and the pools are amazing. The house keeping staff and valet were incredible. The pool staff member was not helpful. He sat on his phone the entire time and never offered any service or guidance. As a result we were unaware of the sauna's. Our room fridge froze all of our food and when we mentioned this there was no apology.

Fabulous location...beautiful rooms, superb staff, an overall luxurious spot to stay. Their mineral pools and hot tubs by the ocean are so relaxing. I highly recommend the coffee shop for morning coffee and treats. I would highly recommend this location if you want to treat yourself while in Victoria.
