Everything was clean and modern with very lovely staff. Only complaint would be the sheets and pillows were not the comfiest. Despite booking a double, we actually had two twins pushed together with two single duvets which was mildly inconvenient. Would recommend the hotel though to anyone wanting to stay in a quiet place in Vienna with easy access to all the main attractions via the public transport or walking.

Overall pretty strange. The check in was underwhelming. The lady was completely uninterested. No welcome and not even directions to the room. The lobby was being renovated which we didn’t know about.
