Let’s start with the pros:
-The location was GREAT…it’s just a few minutes from the central station which allowed me to use the public transportation with ease.
-The staff was phenomenal…they were always helpful and accommodating to what I needed
Now let’s get into the cons:
-One reason I choose Mooons was because they had a restaurant onsite which offered breakfast and dinner. Unfortunately, when I arrived I was told that the menu was vegetarian which was a HUGE disappointment. Had I known prior to booking, I most likely would have found a different hotel. I literally never ate dinner the entire time I was there and the breakfast options were extremely limited.
-The room was ok, but could definitely use some adjustments. Lets start with the fact that there’s no phone in any of the rooms SO whenever I needed anything I had to go down to the reception area to request what I needed.
-The tv had not one movie channel in English. For a week straight I was forced to watch only the news due to that being the only thing I understood. That issue was a huge problem for me particularly due to me becoming ill and not leaving my room for 2 days. I was miserable not being able to watch anything decent.
