Our trip to Washington DC

Bedroom was fine, bathroom was stunning. Tv was fine, view from the window drappery was ok. OVERALL IS WAS GOOD. HOWEVER, the first night sleep was hard to sleep on the count of the pillow were to to soft, room ac worked nicely. The second night we had to make some adjustments add a little heat, purchase to add onto pillows for extra comfort. Also, while enjoying our great sleep we were awakening by the sound of loud arguing that went on for some time. Our overall experience could have been better. Being this our 2nd time staying at your Hotel. We hope to have a better experience next time.

Hotel property was well kept. Biggest plus was that the hotel was close to stores and metro. Ice machine was broken but room had a fridge. Interesting that the Evian water was $8 a bottle in the room.

The air conditioner in our room was VERY VERY noisy - the room was cool but still impossible to sleep because it rattled all night long. My husband took a video and showed it to the front desk staff, who was shocked by the noise level. Given what we were charged by Expedia (that was a lot more than the rate that appeared on our bill), this was an unacceptable experience.
