The one staff member who did my check in was not very friendly or forthcoming. They had no hot water and she wasn’t informing anyone. When I asked to be reimbursed part of my (already paid) fee, she said no.

It was a nice place looked modern but staff was in no rush to serve me while.i stood there waiting to check in. No restaurants nearby besides a subway. Room was very small and i could hear every conversation, door opening or closing, people walking up and down the halls and even farting! I was hopeful for breakfast but again let me down. It was hot but it was of poor quality and very limited for food. I grabbed the last 2 sausages and the last egg patty that was there. I found a stack of dirty dishes on a ledge right next to wjere we eat. Very disgusting. No staff around to clear that mess up or refill the hot trays. Check out was not any better, clerk was completely checked out and busy on her phone. I dont think she even looked at me once!
