The staff was very nice at check in and check out. Was not impressed with the children running up n down the hall and slamming doors at 10 pm at night and at 7 in the morning the first day I was there . The second day I was awakened at 11 pm by the couple next door arguing. Wish the breakfast selection was like the Coastal by Sea Tac airport.

My husband and I chose to stay at the Coast Wenatchee Center for our 47th wedding anniversary and we are so glad we did. The staff was very friendly and helpful (even taking pictures before we went out to dinner) and made sure we had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and spent a great deal of time there. If they only served a Full breakfast instead of the "Continental", it would have been perfect. I think we'll be back.

What a gem! The lobby area was so comfortable with the fireplace and the pool was warm hot tubs hot! The room was clean and very spacious :) There were many breakfast options and Tyler, the front desk attendant, was so incredibly skilled at his job! There were lots of folks checking in and he handled the line like a champ, cool and collected, giving every party his full attention.

I really like that it is close and walkable to downtown. What might be nice, in a hotel this large, is to have a microwave in the room. Most hotels that you stay in these days have them. One other thing - they should advertise that they serve a "continental" breakfast on the website instead of just stating that they serve breakfast. That would not have made a difference for me, but for some it may.

Lack luster on ALL fronts!

Every time I went to the front desk, it was if the staff did not want to be bothered and were usually on their phones. No warm greeting at all. I also went down to eat breakfast at 7am and they were “out” there was one carton of milk and cereal left and there was no alternative as I have a lactose intolerance. But for 7am and breakfast went until 9 to be completely out of everything seems ridiculous. Also, the “breakfast” was a sausage egg and cheese muffin that you heated up in a microwave….classy!

Family friendly. Cold indoor pool.

Its a family-friendly hotel, and overall, we had a decent stay. The only letdown was the indoor swimming pool. Before booking, we called to check if the pool was heated, and the attendant said it was around 90 degrees. We were really looking forward to swimming with our young kids, but the water was freezing. We had chosen this hotel mainly because it was advertised having a warm indoor pool, so that was a bit disappointing.
