It was terrible. Made a reservation with Expedia and when we got to the casino they had no idea what we were talking about. So we had to pay for a whole new reservation and not just the casino took my husbands money but so did Expedia and we have don’t know if we will see that money. I won’t ever go back to Wendover. Worst experience ever!

Our room was so gross i didn't want to take off my shoes. The door was clearly broken into and the room reaked off cigarettes. The tv didn't work, not a single plug worked. Even the lamp cord wouldn't stay in the plug in the wall. I felt unsafe as i wasnt sure if the door was stable or not.

Place is way out dated. They charge a resort but yet have not entertainment of a resort. Rooms are out dated, beat down, no mini fridges. Front desk will put you on hold forever when walk down to talk to them nobody is around. A lot of money for what you get.

Tired and a bit worn

Had to find a quick night stay during a snow storm and icy roads. Booked the king suite with jetted tub in room. The hotel has seen better days. I never did sit down in the room chairs, they looked extra rough and scuzzy. Property needs an update for sure. But perhaps most people staying here are just drunk gamblers?

So I paid 225.00 for a room for one night and literally got stuck in the dam elevator it was scary and not fun!!!! Like how does this even happen. I mean dang thats insane they don’t even offer any type of compensation either.. and I feel that they should have but it is what it is I won’t purchase another room at this hotel I’ll chose one of the other ones next time were I can feel safe!!

The Cafe food was very good. The room location was also good, however we were directed to park in the east parking lot to be closer to our room, when we entered the hotel we found the elevator was out of order and had to carry our suitcases and other belongings back to the elevator behind the check-in desk. The following day we found it necessary to repark our car in the west parking area. The person at the front desk should have known there was a problem with the elevator, my wife and I are both over eighty and found it to be very unplesant.

Out of all the elevators only 1 was working. People were waiting in lines for more than 5-10 mins to move around. Stairs don’t go all the way to 6th or 8th floor and it’s very unsafe to know only one elevator was working.

The room was ancient and was not ready for occupancy. No mini fridge although there was a space for one. I had to hook up and connect the TV, phone and lights. Called the front desk about the cable and nobody came so I moved the furniture out of the way and hooked everything up myself. Do not waste your time with this hotel. ALL FOR THE LOW LOW PRICE OF $200/night. Not happy.
