Staff greeting and info at check in were very good. Stayed in one of the outer buildings. Pictures can be deceiving. First the bed and pillows were comfortable. Downhill from there. Cobwebs on walls and ceiling. Carpet could use a good cleaning as you can see an inch of dust all along every wall. Gap under the door would make summertime stay a nightmare with bugs and heat. Bathroom was clean. One of my towels smelled like food. Coffee pot and coffee in room but no cups? Heard my neighbors TV for hours while lying in bed. Ceiling fan in bathroom part of light fixture and very loud. Annoying. Will not stay here again.

Room was very clean and neat. It was quaint. The TV stopped working and the shower temperature varied wildly while showering, but I think that had to do with how old the place was. Staff was super nice and the grounds looked really nice. If I still had young kids, would definitely stay here; lots to do.

This is as much a resort to old (white) people as the Y is to kids. It is an old place with small old rooms with no desk. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the room noisy (extremely thin walls), and they didn’t clean the room during my two days there. The bathroom was ok-ish were it not for the loose toilet seat that made me almost fall off twice. Person at the desk was very nice and helpful though.

The entire staff was friendly and professional. Our Villa was immaculate and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location was centrally located to W&M, restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our stay.
