We checked in and checked right back out. Poor conditions of room, elevator, luggage cart had flat tires. The room was musty, mildewy and smelled. The floors and bedding felt damp to the touch. There was a bad smell of dead ladybugs also. We have a child w medicala needs and this room seemed unhealthy for anyone let alone him.

Honestly, we were leery after reading the reviews, however, our family had a wonderful experience and you get what you pay for. The facility is a bit dated but you can tell that with a bit of love and updates this property has great potential. We loved the location and the outdoor indoor pool options. I would suggest the property to keep prices low until updates are made such as new carpet in halls and elevators especially and modernize the rooms and pool areas. Lastly, the layout of maneuvering through the hotel from the pool, lobby and to rooms on 4th floor was fairly confusing initially so be prepared to ask for directions as the layout is a little tricky. All in all, we were not disappointed and received pleasant front desk service upon checking in. Be prepared for early check out of 10am and a $20 fee to stay until 12pm for late check out. $40 for 2pm.

Needs just a little TLC

Needs updating. Tried to check in 30 min early, they sent me away. Came back at 3:55 and he said "check in isnt until 4 usually but its close enough". Just seemed odd. The restaurant by the pool is only open on the weekends- but it doesnt look like its been open for a long time. My husband killed a huge wasp nest on our balcony.Overall the place just needs some minor cleaning and some paint and would be much better. The outdoor pools had so many leaves and bugs floating in it- could just use a vacuum and would be so much nicer! A little TLC goes a long way. Not a bad place to stay and for the price it worked for us.

Property was outdated and not the cleanest. The pools closed at 9 PM, which is earlier than most. No breakfast was offered. It was just okay. I probably would have paid an extra $50 and stayed elsewhere.

Called 2 days before for early check in @ 12pm got there at 12:30 rooms still not ready had to wait another hour to be done. No one wanted to take responsibility all she said is I sent someone there to clean them as soon as you got here....like she was doing us a favor.. NOPE BIG FAIL ESPECIALLY I CALLED 2 DAYS BEFORE. BIG mistake gave us time to walk around the hotel, hot tub really dirty! Along with pool had dirt and sand at the bottom. The walls had green on them, bathroom by pool not very clean and when you flushed the toilet it sprayed water on my leg.....ugh. Did not stay and fighting for my money they still wanted to charge me even though we didn't stay. Has pools and hot tub that we wouldn't use, no other amenities. Will not recommend to any age group, when you can go anywhere else for the same price including Waterpark!

We realized that our TV didn't work when we got back to the room after a long day out and about We tried calling the front desk and my husband was met with a staff member who seemed inconvenienced that we were put out. She said she had no maintenance and that we would have to wait until the morning to have it fixed. I'm sorry but when you get back you want to turn on the TV to relax. That is unacceptable. So we went to the front desk to speak to this woman and she again was very annoyed by our presents, and said there was nothing she could do. She could not move us to another room and there was no maintenance so she couldn't do anything. We were supposed to stay another night but said we were not going to because this was unacceptable and she said we needed to call Expedia to get the next night refunded. She also said she was going to partially refund the current night due to no TV, but I have not seen that. It so I am just never going back. Meanwhile, we booked a room at the Best Western premiere in Madison, Wisconsin as we have stayed for 4 years now and it was amazing. Customer service was awesome. Stay was awesome. Environment was awesome. Five stars definitely recommend that place!

Only complaint is the people above us let there kids run around at 11 pm at night. Was tryinf to get my son to sleep and he had a hard time with them constantly running non-stop. It started around 10 pm and finally stopped at 11:30 pm.

The property is very dated, definitely not a resort is any way. The room was great for our family of 5, the kids got to sleep in bunks. The 4th floor pool did cut my son's foot though. They need to do renovations and include water park tickets!
