The sheets were washed with so much bleach m our skin burned, it snowed and when we left,no one had shoveled the walks or plowed the driveway. Our check in experience was terrible, we arrived at 8:00 pm,we booked through Expedia, when we got ther the desk clerk said they gave our room away cause they couldn't process our cc card. She said they had 1 room left but wouldn't honor the Expedia rate, I gave her the exact cc card I used to secure the room,and was told she couldn't get it to work on her desk reader. I asked her to manually enter it,she said it wasn't possible, which I know for a fact is untrue, I worked at bank. I then tried the card reader on the counter and it went through with no problem. I stated that it must have been their issue,but she argued with me. My husband and I had driven 4 hours, we almost didn't have a place to stay and then it was only for 1 day instead of the 2 that we had planned on because of their issue. Not Happy,will not be staying there again!!!!

I was charged $100 extra for my 5 lb dog which was not disclosed until end of check in. I wanted to cancel and find another hotel but i was told that i couldnt get a refund because i booked through expedia. So i was forced to accept their pet terms. If the cost is $100 extra for a tiny dog.. then it should be disclosed at time of booking.
