Very quiet. The property is located directly on the sea. A private beach path leads through the dune to the white sandy beach. The Föhrer 27 hole golf course is about 500 meters from the apartment and the sports airfield with the popular airfield restaurant is 200 meters away. 300m to Lipsi Beach Club and 850m to Schapers Beach Bistro. Marina and ferry pier about 2 km on the beautiful beach promenade. The bus stop is 50 meters away. The parking lot belonging to the apartment is right on the doorstep.
