This property is the best hotel in Yokohama. Rooms are big with a 180° view of the bay! Staff are friendly. Hotel is super clean. Amenities are top notch.

The hotel experience was absolutely fantastic! While there wasn’t a microwave in the room and the hotel food could use a bit of improvement, the incredible room service and the stunning atmosphere of the building truly stole the show! I couldn't get enough of the ambiance it was simply phenomenal!

My first imporession of the entrance and Lobby is that it feels a little dark. But maybe its intentional to give it a more intimate feel. The staff was excellent. I will give the satff 6 star out of 5 if I can. It doesnt matter if it was a small matter that I ask. They have gone above and beyond and gave it they full attention. If I am ever in the area. I will definitely stay again and will recommend anyone to stay here. Just to experince the Great service and Wonderful staff they have. Much Aloha to you all.

Avoid room 726 its a partial harbour/park view

We were so disappointed with our stay at The Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyo. We booked a Luxury Harbour King Park view room and got a view mostly of an ugly metal roof. Be very careful which room you choose unless you don’t mind what you are looking at. Reception staff were polite when we asked for another room but declined to move us unless we paid more money. Our kids room 713 was a much nicer view with a view from the bathtub. The service is very good and the buffet breakfast was delicious with something for everyone to enjoy. The hallway and room carpets are a bit stained and musty smelling, furniture chipped etc but overall pretty clean. I wouldn’t recommend due to the hotel room description being untruthful.

Great hotel with great prices. If you are a larger person please keep in mind the twin beds are only 38.19" wide. Not enough room to turn in bed be careful or get the king bed instead. Staff was outstanding super helpful many know English too.

Such a convenient location. Just steps from the station, shops and restaurants. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. This is our go-to hotel for Yokohama. Some rooms need to be updated.

A two minute walk to the underground station. Also many restaurants within easy reach. Staff were brilliant. Helped out our luggage and taxi booking. Would definitely stay here again.

This location cannot be beat. You feel like royalty entering the hotel with elegantly dressed staff who are professional and helpful. Our room on the 12 floor was very spacious and clean, but a bit tired and in need of an update. I picked this hotel specially for the view of the Ferris wheel and park. It did not disappoint! We enjoyed the evening light show sitting in the huge window area and watching it as the world’s largest clock! Yokohama is a very beautiful, walkable, modern city. We really enjoyed the Cup of noodles museum and time in Asia’s largest Chinatown.

Staying at the Yokohama Bay Hotel was a wonderful experience! The staff were friendly, the room was spacious and spotless and we loved the explanation for the eco-friendly options in our room. The views from the room were beautiful, we looked out over the Ferris wheel, water and city. We were able to walk to 2 train stations that took us where we wanted to go! And coming back in the evening was never crowded or overwhelming! 10/10 would recommend staying here! ♥️
