The hotel is in an excellent location in Old Town Zurich. It is less than 10 minutes' walk away from the main train station. The area is safe and yet convenient, with easy access to lots of main attractions. The hotel is essentially a boutique hotel in a renovated ancient building so it is full of character and yet it has modern conveniences and comfort! The room is very nicely renovated in a rustic yet modern decor, and I like that it has a safe. However, there is no bar fridge inside (though not an issue for me). The breakfast was quite nice - I loved the fact that it had smoked salmon!!! The food variety was decent (though not outstanding, except for the smoked salmon!) and it was served in the Swiss Chuchi Restaurant, which was part of the hotel. It was again full of character and quite charming. The hotel offers half-price entry to the Kunsthaus Zurich, which is an absolutely delightful art museum with a very good collection - it is one of the must-see things in Zurich! The only issue that I had during my stay was that there was a small plumbing issue in my bathroom - given how old the building was, this probably was not surprising - the hotel staff did try to make it work for me and I appreciated it. Overall, I had a very lovely stay! I highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again for sure.

Really nice hotel. Older style, but clean, well kept, and the staff were all lovely. It's in a fabulous location right in the old town and it took me about 15 minutes to walk there relatively slowly, from the station, so location wise, couldn't be better. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Zurich.

Loved the convenience and location, we walked everywhere. The staff was welcoming and the access to bottled water without a charge, much appreciated for by this American. We had a great fondue dinner at the restaurant and breakfast both days we stayed. No complaint and would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Adler Zurich was in a perfect location to experience Zurich—close to landmarks but not on a busy street. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was tasty and staff was very friendly. We were in need of a new piece of luggage due to a broken zipper and the ladies working the front desk were very helpful with store recommendations and directions. ( unfortunately I forgot to write down their names). We would absolutely recommend Hotel Adler Zurich

Very nice stay in Zürich's old town.

Really nice boutique-esque hotel in the centre of the Altstadt. The staff were very friendly, I really liked the free water and soft drinks too. Nice room, a little small, but it was very nicely furnished. Nice breakfast too. I would recommend!
