We unfortunately thought that foxtel would be available on our TV, but disappointingly is was not available. Breakfast bar only provided barely lukewarm coffee, which was undrinkable, and we finished up going across the road to a cafe to get hot coffee and hot food. The room was very comfortable and the staff were helpful, but we will not book into Peppers again.

Great location, staff really helpful, nice room but air conditioning in our room extremely noisy. Parking in the UPark not good at times having to go around several times to find a non reserved carpark. Overall great and would stay again :)

Lovely clean room. Great size. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great pool, tiles on the spa a bit sad. Has a coffee pod machine in the room, but pods at extra cost (don’t pay $2 per pod, go to Cole’s and get some at à much lower price). Overall we had a lovely stay. Could recommend.

We stayed in a Peppers Deluxe Suite, and the room was huge! Separate lounge to bedroom as well as separate bathroom (3 rooms in all). The room looked recently refurshished and was very clean. The hotel is very centrally located as well. Reception and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful.

Did not have breakfast, parking was easy and secure, across the street. Everything about the room was five stars, clean, nice sheets, comfy bed, enough plugs, nice chairs to sit and chat except the lack of walls! We knew from the pics that the tub was in the room, but the shower was not private either. The toilet had a glass door with some privacy…but the shower was clear glass doors. Seriously, even seasoned couples enjoy a bit of private time?? At least change the doors form clear, or build a wall, a place to hang a wet towel! Poorly designed. Would have been a 5 star …
