Beautiful resort. Nice staff. Loved the wild life roaming the resort. They had great shows. We saw the magic show & the talent show and they were awesome! Kids enjoyed it. Pools were always clean. Was hard to get a pool chair as people left towels or personal things and left for hours. A la cart restaurant were also very good!

Overall our stay was very nice! There were several dining options available however you needed to book your reservations 10 days in advance. However I only received my pre-check-in link five days in advance and was not able to make any reservations for à la carte dinners. Customer see was not able to help make any dinner reservations when we were at the property. One of the swimming pools was closed and there was no notification of this. Overall it was a good experience friendly staff, the property was very well maintained and very clean property. The one downside was the beds were not comfortable at all. Other than that it was a good experience!

Almost all the staff is fantastic. We had a server at tapanyaki that didnt write down my shelf fish allergy. Stopped the cook from killing me. The cook was mad and apologized. Later the waiter told me he had to pay for my meal 20 dollars. He also was upset at a tip left by another couple and commented on that. The other staff everywhere was top notch.

I liked the grounds, and the quiet pool. On a personal note, I wish we would have stayed at an adults only resort. Its a very large resort and very busy. I prefer a smaller quieter venue. If you are traveling with children and multi generational family members, this place is excellent.

Grossly over priced for what you actually received. The food and quality of the rooms were below standard. I have experienced many AL across the globe and this is the poorest. The main buffet area was often short of food and what was presented looked like it was made for workers, not for families who have invested a lot of money to have a quality vacation. The most basic items, mac and cheese for kids - that was not mac and cheese at all - was unavailable. Wait for pancakes and waffles in the morning as they were out. And the drinks - they were beyond lacking. Anything that was not watered down, was an upcharge. It was really unbelievable what they up charged, which proved that they only offered the below shelf options. And the rooms.... They called a one-bedroom with a pullout sofa a 2-bedroom. The showers leaked. No towels, and fixtures that hund off the walls with no protection round them. This place was a huge disappointment. Did I mention the price??? Please go elsewhere.

The Bahía Príncipe Grand Tulum was great place to stay with the family. We enjoyed the rooms, the spa was fun, and staff was excellent.

This is a fabulous resort. Although it is not as senior friendly as it could be for things such as far too low seating around the pool area and lack of hand rails on stairs, it is overall a wonderful facility. A special call out to so many of the wonderful staff who made our stay a great and exceptional experience.
