there was no chair in my room lolll but everything else was great! i actually really enjoyed breakfast, the options were good and the staff really kept it neat, clean, and were attentative to make fresh food and keep it stocked. the eggs were yummy!

Hallway stunk of cigars despite strict no smoking/vamping signs everywhere. Carpet in room stained and dirty. Tub didn’t drain. Mattress has obvious body shapes divots in it so must be decades old and very uncomfortable. Staff did change my room and while the carpet was new, the rest was the same. Toilet needed 2 flushes every time

Two day reservation canceled

The reservation was canceled by front desk staff due to unknown circumstances. The Young Man had reservation canceled for being late, additionally Veronica at front desk stated that without credit card in his name for incidentals, he wouldn’t be allowed to stay there. I am pursuing stopping payment for the purchase because I purchased two days and it was canceled by someone other than Hotels.com the property in question

Original reservationw as for a king size room, but upon arrive the room was dirty with trash not taken out, bedding had not been changed, towels still on the floor. Room was switched but was given a lesser room as a double. Second room had a hole in the wall and no longer fit the purpose of my stay.
