Horrible experience. See my full review on Google for CM on November 19th 2025. Overall Experience From start to finish, this stay was filled with issues: • A first room that was dirty, damaged, and without heat • A second room that was already occupied, which is a serious safety and privacy violation • A third room that was remodeled but dusty, with a non-functional fridge • Continuous signs of poor maintenance and poor attention to detail • Another guest also being moved multiple times • A personal item disappearing after checkout • Housekeeping failing to locate an item that should have been clearly visible • Multiple apologies from staff that didn’t change the reality of the situation I travel often, and I rarely leave long reviews, but I feel it’s necessary here. Guests deserve clean, safe, functional rooms—and to feel confident that their belongings won’t mysteriously disappear. Final Thoughts This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in years of frequent travel. The problems weren’t small and isolated; they were systemic issues that suggest deeper problems with how this hotel is managed, cleaned, and maintained. I hope management takes these complaints seriously, because no guest should go through what I did. As it stands, I cannot recommend staying here, and I would not stay here again. Overall: A horrible experience across the board.

We get there after driving 10 hours The lady at the front desk very nice She give us a room 104 we check room and the beds and we found hair on both beds and carpets very dirty We talk to the front desk lady she was surprise But she give us other room 4th floor The all the way to the room smell a fresh paint we get in check beds and the same thing we took photos of all the hair and talk to the front desk lady again ok another room 508 we check and we found a los of dog hair under the pillows photos and we talk one more time She said she couldn’t refund us because we rent it through Expedia and we had to stay because we needed to rest. We ask for clean sheets and we made the beds ourself.

There was a large, dead cockroach next to my bed, there was a gap between the door and the floor… I had to use a towel to seal off. The top blanket was either dirty or terribly stained, regardless, it was gross. I did not feel comfortable in the room. Had I not traveled 12 hours and it not been so late, I would have gone elsewhere! Would never stay there again
