Room was clean - felt safe at night - breakfast was adequate. Nice attendant helping vs some don't even have one these days! Pet was accepted for a small fee. Plenty of space to take him or for a walk nearby! McDonalds, Ihope and few other places to including nice Tex Mex options within walking distance!

Dirty!! Maybe it was good once. Broken tile, stained everything. Stained like water damaged dirty Windows not sealed correctly so what you get is the sound of traffic all night long. Also the smell of smoke bleeding in from the smoking room under us. Dirty floors, walls and halls so, take sandals, DONT GO BAREFOOT. Wall paper coming off everywhere and holes in the walls throughout. tiny tvs lucky if you get a remote, and if you ask them for one they'll come check, and then they'll give you one. Wall mount tvs but they didn't bother to take out the old box tv cabinets. Pool closed the hole time. Breakfast was okay bordering a continental breakfast, lady making the waffles was nice. Broken lobby doors makes it look run down and really uninviting especially pulling in at night. Didn't take pic cuz we were in vacation and who would want to remember that?? Thanks for nothin Expedia, your rates were way off. Ricadiy elevators and gang tagging in the stairwell. You get all this bang for your buck. Go elsewhere.

Refurb needed

We stayed 2 nights. First impression not good. Receptionist was friendly & helpful but the area was in need of refurbishment. The carpet in the lounge area was filthy. Our room was large, shower good, one bed comfy the other needed a new mattress. Carpet was filthy & there were stains on one of the blankets too. Wallpaper held on wall with staples! Breakfast was average. Would not stay again!

When we got there for check in at 3. No one was at the front desk. We waited for 45 minutes before anyone showed up. When someone finally did show up, she just walked up nonchalantly with a rude face and even worse attitude. Didn’t even bother to greet us or apologize for the wait. Just rude, all around. Our room keys didn’t work, so we had to go back to the front desk like 5 times for new cards. The room smelt like wet rag and the tub was clogged. It was just horrible. But I mean what could you expect for the price? It was cheap and it was just needed to sleep and get ready for a party. So I wouldn’t have minded any of these problems if the customer service would have been better.

The first room we had was found open with windows open when we came to the room it was obvious that they were trying to get ride of a smoking smell. We requested a new room as me could not get the window to go back closed. The second room was better.

Photo show a modern room and this was not modern. Walls could be painted, ceiling had stains, lamps fixtures old and out dated. Vent in restroom had dust and air conditioner was slightly noisy. Breakfast was lacking, the establishment on the west side much better.
