Room was basic and a wee bit tired in places but the bed was spotless clean and they changed it everyday. The balcony was a good size and the stairs you defo need to be able bodied. A great place to stay though and I would defo stay again.

We absolutely loved our 3 night stay. It was a large clean room, which was cleaned every day that we were there, with new towels provided. The people working on reception were really nice and the location was absolutely perfect and excellent for exploring the city! We would stay again when coming to Amsterdam!!

Yes is an economical place to stay but no soap for hands empty tissue box door didn’t close properly and heater didn’t work so it was cold and we heard the traffic all night - sheets were clean but floor and bathroom was dirty. Toilet seat falling apart - it was close to Anne Frank house but not worth it - good luck staying here!

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the nicest staff members. They remained pleasant throughout the entire stay. Loved the location. It was a short walk to everything we were wanting to do and the cafe directly beside the room was very convenient. The hotel itself was extremely noisy. We did not sleep well either night with the rumbling upstairs, the dripping in the wall, and all the noise that was coming in and out of the hallway. The lock on the door did not bolt and seemed as if someone could kick it in easily. The room was cleaned, but seemed out of date; dip in floor, crooked shelving, etc. It's a nice, cheaper option, but I doubt I would stay here again.

Where do I start . The room looked nothing like advertised on the booking platform . It was dirty and run down . The room Smelt awful too like a foul smell . No way I could have taken my shoes off in there let alone sleep in the bed we had to find alternative accommodation. The receptionist couldn’t have cared less . It ruined my first day in Amsterdam. Luckily we got another hotel but it was further out which was another added cost
