Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was not ready at check-in time but voucher was given for the Bar while we waited another hour or so (a little frustrating to wait when we weren't early). The voucher was very appreciated! The bar was cute but the staff seemed very confused and not having a system. We had dinner there and it was a bit tricky to get someone to wait on us at times after our initial order was taken. The staff was very friendly and accommodating but tracking them down was a struggle. They just seemed to not have a "plan". People were unsure if they needed to order at the counter or would be waited on at the tables. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. The airport shuttle was on time and very efficient. Sad that we couldn't explore the 747 as it seems to be a highlight of this hotel. Just being available for 30 minutes a day seems weird. Not having access to the rooftop was also disappointing as it would be nice to watch the airport. Having access would be nice even on the nights the restaurant/bar isn't open up there.

The Corendon is certainly a full-service facility. Shuttle service to and from the hotel and airport/train station, restaurant, Starbucks cafe, movie theater with first-run movies, very pleasant and professional staff, and other amenities. Definitely a great lodging option in the Schipol Airport area!

Comfortable beds, friendly staff! Free airport shuttle but they contract with different companies so shuttle looks different so you really have to pay attention to signage on all the shuttles. We missed the first one and had to pay for a taxi.

Their airport shuttle needs great attention. First, no assistance from driver. Next, nowhere for luggage. People put luggage in an open area and at the first turn luggage goes rolling everywhere.

Everything was good. The room was suppose to have a king size bed instead we had to separate twin beds. The food at the buffet was expense and didn't care for much of the food but was able to find ice cubes for my soda. The walk outside to see the 747 was cool. Shuttle to the airport was not on time and then when she came, we waiting for her to leave for ten minutes.
