As I went to check in, I was given a key to a room that had two singles bed and a disabled toilet, I had booked for a king size room. Disappointing as this wasn't checked prior before I was handed the key. I also asked the receptionist for a late check out where I was told someone would call me to confirm if this could happen . Never received a call. I had to chase this up.

Was staying in The Hague, wanted a hotel convenient to Schiphol Airport (<2Mi.) for my last night in the Netherlands before morning flight back to Chicago. The hotel's free airport shuttle ran every half hour. Made for stress free transit to airport to catch our flight. King Size bed was welcome. Room was modern, clean with separate toilet & sink/shower compartments. Room smallish by US standards but more than adequate for my wife and I. I would stay again.

Mixed review because the room itself was very nice, comfortable bed and clean. But the TP holder was wonky, the pool changing room was subpar (no locker keys, nowhere to hang clothes, snd no privacy). Our tv remote didn’t work and the replacement and some ice we requested took awhile to get to us. It is easy to access though.

The hotel was very nice. It was clean, well appointed and conveniently close to the airport. Our only complaint is the service in the restaurant on the top floor was terrible!! It wasn’t only us. The 3 tables surrounding us all complained because of the service.

This hotel was maybe just a cut below the Hilton as an airport hotel but was much cheaper. A very good value. If you stay there don't miss the dinner buffet which drew a crowd the night I was there. Shuttle to the airport every half hour was very convenient.

Airport shuttle was easy to locate at airport. Great service through the hotel. Love the 747 in the garden and the extensive buffet dinner. Staff super helpful before we arrive answering all our questions in detail. We will stay there again if in the area of Amsterdam
