This hotel has some advantages - location is good, everything is within walking distance. It has helpful staff and a pleasant lounge on the first floor. However, the rooms are minimal - no shampoo/conditioner, no coffee maker in the room, no body lotion, and significantly, no refrigerator. The room felt stuffy and too warm to sleep comfortably. The thermostat in the room didn’t appear to be working. The windows can be opened but the hotel is located on a noisy street making sleep difficult. If you are a light sleeper this hotel may not be for you.

If you’re looking for very very good basic hotel amenities then this is your hotel. There are no frills here at all…no in room fridge, phone etc. But it’s really comfortable, great bed, good bathroom, nice sheets and towels. Easy location….we walked everywhere no issue but it you want transport it’s right there too.

The check-in process was excellent! We even got into our room early. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was just for one overnight stay, so we didn’t get a chance to explore the area much or have their breakfast. Seems like a really nice hotel chain.
