Amazing stay

Very comfortable and clean. Amazing service. Has a younger demographic- lots of people relaxing or studying/working on laptops in lobby. Good location and has an in-house vintage photobooth!

Canal view hotel

Stayed four nights at the Hoxton in Amsterdam, Centrum, canal, area. Room was cozy (small) with view of canal. Tall ceiling, modern bathroom. Safe, quiet area near everything. Reception area-lounge full of energetic people. Many guests ate at onsite restaurant, food looked good.

Great location. Large lobby area with a good bar More of a office space than a hotel. Most guest took advantage of the large lobby as an office. AC did not cool, floors very invoncenient as there are numerous steps in each floor depending on your room. In our case, four different steps after leaving the elevator.

We loved this hotel. The staff was SO kind. We had an air conditioner issue and within minutes they moved us to a different room and made sure the air worked before moving us. Amazing location in the heart of Nine Streets. Highly recommend

The staff was very nice. And the location is great. The rooms are very dark! We were facing the courtyard and there is very little natural light, and a not very bright chandelier. Hard to see if you left anything anywhere.

First time in Amsterdam so we wanted a place with canal views and centrally located - the Hoxton was perfect. A welcome note was waiting for us. That was such a sweet & nice touch. The rooms were clean & beds were comfortable. Basic amenities such as water, coffee & a mini fridge was convenient. They also have a restaurant and bar on-site and the scene was very chill but vibrant. We were greeted warmly and were welcomed by a smiling and helpful reception team. Throughout our stay they we so great. Here are some standouts: Geraldine - gave us a great restaurant recommendation - Pesca - you got to go - delicious & fresh seafood. Maria - helped us by lending us umbrellas when needed. Charlotte - helped us when our safe got stuck. Gio - bartender made great drinks Stay here, you won't regret it. A big thank you to the wonderful staff, you made the difference. We would definitely return to stay here.
