The hotel does not rent to Local Anchorage residents. This need to be disclosed up front on orbitz..IT is not listed anywhere. My family got done with a busy night and arrived at 10pm to find out they would not rent to us. We had to get the room refunded, which Orbitz did do, and then had to find another room. It was a long night going into another busy day.

We have stayed here several time and enjoy the location, rooms, breakfast. First time we have actually been able to use the pool and unfortunately it shut down after only getting to swim once. Sure wish they had a hot tub there too, but alas

No help when I forgot my glasses and makeup bag. Claim they can't find my reservation and then they said its not the correct name. What room number? I didn't find anything. All while being on hold several times and no answers just more questions. I also went in person the following day to a young girl that "looked" and then came back with a form asking what I am missing and contact info with my room number. Etc. Glasses and makeup are not cheap. It shouldn't take this long to find anything, especially glasses that are not much use for anyone else.

Clean room. Spacious with everything in working order. Exactly as pictured. Bed was comfortable. Loved the free breakfast and parking. Good choices for both hot and cold items. Property well-lit and maintained. Safe, secure area just 2 miles from airport. I highly recommend choosing this hotel. I would definitely stay here again myself.
