17May25. In the entryway were 2 men painting, one on a ladder which we walked under. I had to walk on Plastic drop cloth all over the place definitely a trip hazard and potential lawsuit. Multiple trash in hallway front of guests rooms. Our room smelled like animal urine. We had the manager come up and verify. New room on third-floor where again, trash outside guest rooms. This room was decent. No pet urine smell. The sheets seemed clean and the bed was comfortable. next day Breakfast around 8 am.. trash still in hallway outside guest rooms, smelling ripe by now. Breakfast was not good. No fruit at all. There was a sign that said “fruit” but there was no fruit. The juice machine was “out of order, only water” of course the water did not work either. The hot water container produced little black specks in my cup. In metal pans it looked like scrambled eggs. But they were green and brown. I passed on the green eggs and had a yogurt.Went to work out in the advertised gym "on site" and was told it was closed for renovation. So was the pool. Even though the hotel description said these services were “on site”. I went in the “business center”. As I stepped over a water puddle from the leaky ice machine I couldn’t stand the smell in there. There was a fridge pulled out of the wall and construction gear in there.but good view of an old toilet and nasty carpet out the window.still waiting for manager to get a hold of me. I have pictures of all of this. Would not recommend this.

Although there was a breakfast included in the room cost, it was lacking in very many food or beverage offerings. On one morning there was only scrambled eggs and some potatoes available. No meat selection, cold cereal or milk available.

The property advertises a free airport shuttle. We waited for over 45 minutes for the shuttle which also services another location. This is not the same as having a shuttle available to take people back and forth to the airport. We also paid a taxi to take us back to the airport as we couldn’t count on a timely ride back. Others at the hotel had the same issue.

Overall great place. 2 of our pillows were missing pillowcases but no biggie. Free Shuttle to airport was nice. Breakfast ended at 9am which was a bit to early in my opinion. Should run till 10am.

The beds are very comfortable. Most of the staff were not that welcoming. The shuttle drivers were grumpy and the AM shuttle driver was just plain rude. The heater/AC rattled and the soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty. Not really worth the price.

Where do I start? The rooms weren’t just dirty — they clearly had not been cleaned. When you walked into my mother’s room, the sour smell of a mildewed shower curtain nearly knocked you over and made your eyes water. In our room, there was someone else’s plate of food left in the microwave. This is not a Wyndham Garden. The sign — and even the Uber driver — called it a Holiday Inn Express. I paid for Wyndham Garden standards: cleanliness, service, and a well-maintained environment. What I got was a dirty room, no fresh towels, a coffee maker but no coffee, and a generally run-down facility. The service desk was empty when we left, though we did hear the staff’s wake-up alarm as we walked out. As for the “free pickup from the airport” — we were told it would be 15–20 minutes. After 25 minutes, we called again and were told it would be another 15–20 minutes. I had my handicapped mother sitting outside waiting. We finally gave up and called an Uber. Breakfast? The photos online must be from another hotel entirely. They had bread and a single toaster. No fruit, no waffles or pancakes. Just eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, and cereal packets. My issue is not just with the limited options, but with the misleading images that suggested a much higher-quality offering. We paid $250 per night, per room. For that price, I could have stayed at Motel 6 or Best Western and received better service and cleanliness. I will be posting this review so no one else is misled.
