Everything about the property was great, but we were across the hall from a large group of young teen boys (maybe a traveling team?) and the noise was loud and late.

The staff was amazing, minus the kitchen person. The pool never had towels, even when we went at opening. When we asked for towels, they said they don’t have any. We asked for maintenance for flickering lights and a clogged toilet at check in, I ended up fixing the toilet myself after 5 hours of waiting, and unscrewing the lights. Whenever we called the front desk, though, they were helpful, but they were clearly doing 2-3 jobs. I felt bad for the evening crew because there were unhoused people outside that they had to deal with. The room itself was huge, and really perfect, and the hotel itself is great. We’d stay there again because of the staff though.

Dining room staff was very good. Front desk staff was not overly friendly and fairly unresponsive. Carpet outside the pool was soaked at night when I checked in and still that way in the morning when I went to breakfast. Finally dried when I checked out before 11:00. Selection of food was poor, no pancakes for the pancake machine no toaster for the bagels and bread. Hot food was done well.

What a lovely property close to the airport and everything you need in Anchorage. The room is spacious and clean. The staff friendly and accommodating. This will be our go-to place to stay in Anchorage and we are here at least a few times a year.

The lady that chexk us in was rude. There was hair in the sink and breakfast was almost non existent. Pancake machine broken, juice machine broken. Potatoes are the only thing that was good and cereal.

I appreciated that the cups were individually wrapped. However on the first night I noticed hair in the bathroom. I stayed 4 nights and my room was never cleaned, there was also a hat left from the previous occupants. This was my second visit and I was vere disappointed. Laundry detergent should be sold at the hotel.
