We have a canoe and paddle boards available free for use (at your own risk). For the more adventurous, if you'd like to water-ski, inner-tube, or just spend the day on the water.
You can enjoy the best views of the sunset (and the sunrise) from the swing on the boat dock or from the hammock and lounge chairs in the screen enclosure.
The professional BBQ on the patio can handle even the biggest of grill-outs while you enjoy music from the built-in ceiling speakers or the portable water-proof stereo for tunes by the lake.
The guest portion of the duplex is separated from the owner's suite by a solid, sound-proofed wall, and each space has its own private entrance.
The first floor of the guest area includes a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with a comfy couch and large TV, a master suite (with king-size bed and its own bathroom) and an additional half-bath off the living room. The kitchen also contains an expandable dining table that can seat up to 10 as well as a bar overlooking the water with bar-stools for additional seating.
Just outside the glass doors from the kitchen, there is a HUGE screened-in deck with an additional outdoor dining area that can seat 8 or more (additional folding chairs are available, upon request). This deck, on the back of the house, overlooks the lake and connects to a raised walkway that leads to the water's edge and boat dock.
The second floor offers two bedrooms with queen size beds and a second master suite (with another king size bed and private bathroom). The third bathroom and laundry facilities are off the hall on the second floor, as well as a second loft living room with TV and two couches that convert into double-beds, if needed.
The second floor balcony runs the entire length of the house and is screened-in to allow for bug-free relaxation on the lounge chairs or at the dining tables - perfect for family game-nights.
We live on-property (in the owner's portion of the duplex), so we are available at any time if there is an emergency or if there are any questions or concerns that need immediate addressing.
We will be happy to provide recommendations and tips about the area, if asked, but we like to give our guests plenty of time for uninterrupted relaxation or exploration.
