"This hotel, Holiday Inn Express Malpensa Airport, was very clean. However, the bathroom sink was very poorly designed (when washing hands, it begun to leak water to the 'table' and all the way down and beyond since there was no silicon between the floor and the wall). Moreover, one of the drivers of the free shuttle bus (betwen terminals and airport hotels) did not know the bus stops, did not stop at our bus stop, and did not speak English. The driver of the hotel's own paid shuttle bus did not greet us, open doors, or lift bags to the shuttle bus. "
