Very good location, close to Syntagma Square where you can pick up the X95 bus direct to the airport. The hotel has a rooftop terrace, accessible for all guests 24/7, with views of the Acropolis. Staff are very nice and accommodating. The gentleman who checked us in was very helpful and kind. We were able to check in as early as 10:00 am without any additional fee.

The room and bathroom are tiny as is the lift. It was very cold at night. We did not try the breakfast but probably should have as what we ate next door was awful and expensive. It is very clean, well situated, but very old fashioned.

Metropolis Hotel was in a perfect location. Walkable to the acropolis and short distance to the metro. Super easy transfer via train and bus to airport by M3 and X95. Make sure to go to the 6th floor and get a gorgeous view of the church and acropolis

This hotel was absolutely amazing! Our view was spectacular overseeing the Acropolis with the Parthenon. It offered a lovely complementary breakfast every morning, and the staff were very friendly and helpful! We had the privilege of meeting Thomas and his son who owned the hotel and felt like family the minute we walked in. My friends and I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Athens.

The bathroom was tiny and the person at the front desk on arrival was not helpful or attentive. The staff when we left were on the other hand extremely polite and helpful which made up for the first person. The location was wonderful and within walking distance to Acropolis, Plaka, Syntagma, Monastiraki etc

This was the greatest after being on an island we were in the middle of Athens and could walk everywhere. They also were super nice and we were able to leave our luggage after check out so we could walk until it was time to go. Would 100% stay there again.

Location, location, location

Family of four stayed for two nights. The location is amazing, and the front desk staff were beyond super friendly and helpful. Our private room balcony had a magnificent view and a made the tiny room feel much bigger. The bathroom was my only real slight issue. It is definitely in need of an upgrade. It just seemed a little dingy. But overall, we loved the location and our stay.

Wonderful staff! Very friendly and accommodating! We felt very safe even though the hotel was in the center of a busy street. The room was very small for 4 people but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. Excellent walkable location to all the sites!
