Had a cockroach in my room. Instead of the hotel staff giving me some type of compensation to give me anything back, they told me I can get free breakfast because they charge 35$. Would not recommend due to staff not assisting with rodent issue.

The room had a noticeable odor and some drink stains on the table. The bathroom was not fully cleaned, with a few hairs on the floor and trash left in the cans. We did experience an issue with the A/C, but maintenance responded quickly and resolved it, which I appreciated. Overall, the stay was average, but I don’t see myself returning.

Very interesting.

Management was friendly and over the top helpful. Their staff left little to be desired. Hopefully they can turn things around regarding some of their staff members. Phenomenal architecture which was one of the main draws to this hotel.
