We enjoyed the size of our room, the hotel is clean, and the front desk/guest services were amazingly friendly and accommodating regardless of who was there at any given time. The location of the hotel is also a huge perk. It’s so close to just about anything you need. We did have to request linens for the pull out (would be nice if they were in the closet already), and we had to request hand soap for some reason, but the were very quick to accommodate our requests. I also had to complain about the noise upstairs, but they did not hesitate to send someone upstairs at 12:30am and they were also very willing to change my room the next day (didn’t end up needing to because the people above me checked out that morning). All in all- a positive stay!

The staff and building itself was beautiful. The upkeep of the building needs improvement immediately. The floors in the dining, pool, pool restrooms and guest rooms were gross to walk on. They feel and look sticky and piled up accumulation of products. The pool was white cloudy and hair all inside top and bottom, that i couldn't even bring myself to go in oas my ankles. Lastly the gym was wet as well as the machines whick was sticky but I had no choice I need to workout daily. The breakfast attendant was very helpful and sweet. The breakfast food to order lady was so sweet to everyone and greeted all in a loving way. Aja front desk was so sweet and we joined hilton rewards because of her. I would go back and bring my family but I do wish the housekeeping team can help maintain that beautiful structure.

The happy hour has the most amazing bar staff. In particular Ryan was so sweet. We learned that in addition to working there she was also a student. She, along with Asia had a positive attitude and friendly smiles. Great place to bring in the New Year. The ranch dip is also top tier with fresh veggies and a nice selection of food on the menu with great drinks and good people.

Asia at the front desk was a sweetheart and was so personable. She welcomed us to Atlanta and also was a concierge in where to go around the city. Beautiful experience.
