2nd time here, not so good as first time. Construction above me room. They work all evening and over night. You guys suck, try working during the he day like everyone else. This really turned me off. Plenty of trailer trash letting the kids run the halls screaming, I get it I was a kid and that's what I did. But my mother would end that fun real quick. I see Mom's ain't like the old days. FYI they are working in parking garage so it's closed, need to use dirt lots on sides of building. A little clue for front desk, tell them to park on side closer to ocean. Th small lot is always full but you can't tell til you pull in and get stuck trying to get out in lot with zero manuverability. Just a few things can upset your customers. Easy to fix, get working on it flagship.

Property needs upgrading. The pool is small. The rooms were nice and spacious. The kitchenette and refrigerator are a plus. We had a nice view of the ocean. This property is not on the boardwalk. The closest casino is Showboat. It’s about a 5 minute drive.

Swimming Pool Chaos

Overall it was great but I DIDN'T LIKE THE FACT, FROM 6PM to 7PM, it supposed to be adult swim time in the pool but i feel like the staff didn't do enough to make sure the adults get there last hour..because the kids was still swimming at that time which is not the rules ..people gotta follow the rules at flagship and get your kids out the pool by 6pm so adults can get that last hour. I like the man that was there Wednesday with the red on, he made sure we adults got our last hour.. the young staff seemed scared to ask the parents to get there kids out of pool for adult time

I felt like i had gotten a job. They give you a list of things to before checking out. Stripping the bed, placing pillow cases sheets ect . In a bag by the front door. Re.ove and rebag all trash from cans and place them in the hallway. Loading the dishwasher i understand. I wont be staying there again.they also said my reservation was legit and then sent me to an occupied room. Too much.

For the most part the staff was very friendly and accommodating I least liked the fact that someone with a key opened my hotel room door without knocking 2 hours before check out time whilst I was in the bathroom and my children were sitting around the table having breakfast. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional.

I have been coming here for a few years. This next vacation may not be here. The parking lot is not usable. You have to park around the property and pay. I didn’t see anyone checking the safety of cars or the area they were parked. The letter they give you about the renovations and what time they start and stop. This is a huge lie considering the renovations started at 7 AM Monday morning. And again on Tuesday. Not 9 as the letter states. Since when did they start making you dress down the beds and put the towels and all by the door?!!?! And make sure dishes get done too. When did this start cause I have never have seen this. The noise from the work, the parking, I think it’s all too much.
