The room phone wasn't working and the toilet was for a toddler. The shower was awful it wet the floor more than my body. Check in was good my room was changed to smoking not sure how I booked non smoking but they gave me the worse room in my opinion. Parking was easy right across and the view was beautiful.

1st thing 5pm check in is ridiculous. Self check in was a breeze. But we booked rendezvous tower (which is a updated tower) and didnt get it. Room is a connecting room people next door u can hear every word. The bathroom is tiny and could not be smaller.

The room was ready well before check in and we were able to get a nap in before our show. It was clean and had no smells of smoke. Security is one issue, anyone can get in the elevator and goto the guest floors. Other than that, I will stay here again!!
