I picked that hotel bc online it looked like it had character. The two things I must have in a hotel stay is a bar and a hot tub. The bar/restaurant was closed down and the hot tub was broke

Very nice clean refurbished property. I liked simple and functional room decor, nice bed, balcony. Lovely fenced swimming pool with long open hours, clean water. Several inventive restaurants within walking distance as well as pedestrian bridge across Colorado river with access to hiking path. We enjoyed swimming in famous local spring pool with natural water. If you want local scene definitely go!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. We love it. The pool is great, the sushi restaurant attached to the hotel is tasty and convenient and the breakfast in the morning really helps keep the trip costs affordable. Will definitely be back!

Fun and funky Austin hotel with young artsy vibe. Everyone was so nice! We really enjoyed the hot breakfast. The only downfall was the size of the beds. The beds were very comfortable but too small. We would come back if we weren't sharing beds.

I have never had such a hard time changing a reservation. Apparently only the general manager can do it. Now I am getting multiple pending charges. Call the rude woman at the front desk and again, no one can view charges except general manager. This is some micromanaging BS that severely impacts guests. Called the flagstaff location and asked if regular front desk employees could look up charges. Yes. Asked if reservations made through Expedia could be changed with out GM. Yes. Something is rotten here. Add to that a truly dismal breakfast and while the lobby and common areas are beautiful, the actual rooms are no better than a interstate motel 6.

Close by downtown and my concert venue. Always clean staff helpful. Only thon is rheu close the gate by the susi place at night. But they do give directions how to get to the feont lobby parking.

Unexpected Surprise

Loved this hotel. This place is a fantastic value. Although the hotel is bit outside of downtown it is close enough for a long walk or a very inexpensive Uber. Front desk folks were great, rooms were big, plenty of free parking, and hotel and rooms were immaculate. The free breakfast was really outstanding. There were many more hot choices than you usually get with a free breakfast. The other surprise was the gym. It. It is in a pretty big space and had all of your standard cardio machines as well as one very versatile piece of weight equipment. It also had free weights, mats, band, etc. I did not use the pool but it was a good size and it seemed very nice. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Clean with a nice pool and hot tub area. It was a bit confusing to drive to the first time. It's close to the highway sonits convenient to get around but not walkable to most tourist places. Free parking and breakfast make up for that for me.
