Great a place to stay.

Hyatt House Austin was awesome. People were nice and friendly. The room was quite spacious than other hotels, as well as the bathroom. They only have a few rooms with tub. It was a non-issue. Our shower was just as nice and spacious. The room and bathroom was nice and clean. They have a desk with shelves which was nice. The dining area was pretty big and nice. Its a good location too. It just a few minutes walk from the downtown area and to UT. I would definitely come back again.

The room was spacious for our larger family. The beds were comfy. The room was nice and cold in the summer heat. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful at all times. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The parking across the street being free overnight during the weekdays was convenient. The area surrounding it could be loud at night with bars & partying but they offered free earplugs.

Not so great place to stay.

The shower was set on hot water only. Also the sink for the restroom would not release so it was full of water when we left. Parking is free outside overnight on Sunday and Monday. But other days it's per the hour. You can also pay them for valet overnight for $45. Breakfast was ok. It's been one month without receiving my $100 deposit. I called them 2 weeks ago and they would release it.
