Great hotel, lovely staff at the front desk, housekeeping, very walkable to all the bars and restaurants downtown. The room was very clean and nice. The biggest issue was the guy working valet. My friend and I stayed for 3 nights, and the first two nights we had no issue with valet, but before our 3rd night we were getting our car out to go out and when the valet pulled the car up he said the car was disgusting and said we better not bring it back to valet because he said he would refuse to park it, and we should just park it on the street. In his defense my friend is a cigarette smoker and didn’t clean his car before showing up because he didn’t know it was valet, but no one else had an issue with it the first two nights. It was handled very unprofessionally and came off very childish. A disappointing stain on a rather good weekend.

Friendly and attentive staff, great location, comfortable but paper thin walls, surrounded by bars that have live music well into the am hours so be prepared to hear everything in your room, even the rooms being cleaned next to you. Other than that solid hotel.

The property was great for a quick visit. Not much immediately around the hotel if walking. If driving lots close by. Many unhoused people close by. Breakfast was available. Bed was comfortable. Room and public spaces were clean. Staff was good, except the person who told us they didn’t offer military discounts to book an additional room and charged us the full price only to find out the next day they do offer it.
