My husband and I were in town for the weekend to see Phantom of the Opera at the Hippodrome. The hotel was beautiful, very clean and spacious, and close to everything. Every single member of the staff was kind and welcoming. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Baltimore and will stay here again if we come back.

The front desk staff was great. Biy the room was terrible and i feel disgusted by the stay. Number 1 was i woke up to my bathroom flooded by a pipe leak couldnt use bathroom at night or morning. Slept on one sidr of the bed and before i checked out decided to pull the otherside of sheets that i didnt sleep on yo check if i left anything behind.
