This hotel was a complete letdown. The place was dirty, the surroundings outside were wet with water dripping everywhere, and I was genuinely afraid of slipping. The elevators didn’t work the entire time I stayed there. Tenants were constantly yelling or arguing on their phones, while that’s not the hotel’s fault, it added to the unpleasant atmosphere. Four of us booked this hotel only because everywhere closer to Washington was full. We were given only two towels, and the bathroom and microwave were dirty. The bed sheets had stains, some lights didn’t work, and neither did the TV remote. The worst part? Their website advertised free breakfast. What we got was shocking... a few packs of Swiss Rolls (yes, the snack cakes) from Dollar Tree, a tiny Styrofoam cup of coffee, and extremely sugary “juice.” They’d only put out a few at a time, like they were rationing snacks. I’ve stayed in many places, but this was by far one of the worst experiences. I would never stay here or at any of their other properties again.

Poor service

Experience was terrible from the start. We were assigned 2 floor room clear on the opposite end from the elevator. Our reservation clearly stated that my father has trouble walking stairs and distance. When I walked in the elevator it smelled badly and set my asthma off. My father would not have tolerated it at all. I asked to be moved to the 1 st floor and told the check in person why. The new room checked out at quick glance. I went back to the front desk for additional towels and rent a cot. I was given the towels and was made to assist the check in person with moving the cot from the stage room to our room. Helped him with it down a set stairs. He picked up a cloth that had fell then left me to continue with cot to our room. I went to plug my CPAP machine and discovered a fire hazard. Not to mention the cord for lamps between the beds was too short to reach either wall outlet. I ended up buying a surge protector to plug both of them in. Oh lets not forget the mold and rust in the bathroom

It was a terrible experience i never expected with Wyndham hotels. property and rooms are not clean. Room bedding and carpets are dirty.toilet was shaking not in good shape. Breakfast is just for attract .. got only glaze and coffee .. better to have no breakfast. They just kept garbage bins near to slow lift. I would suggest not to go with this property.

Never Again

This wasnt what i was expecting. At check-in...the guy was not friendly, he was sitting up high, you could hardly reach the counter and had a thick accent. This is a 3 story hotel with a elevator, the elevator is located down a narrow dark hallway. The room was dirty, no hair dryer, cracked lamp shades, lamps unplugged, stains on the comforter, they taped the door, patched the wall, painted over wallpaper. The view was horrible, junked up house and parking lott. Lots of "working girls" there. Lots of noise. Its not a safe place to be. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
