Although the rooms have a/c in them, it wasnt running in the roo. When we arrive and with the temp outside being 36c the room was very hot, and took some time to cool down

decent if dated hotel, very convenient location, however my room faced or overlooked the main soi 11, at night it was quite noisy in the early hours due to, hi revving motorbikes, cars and tuk tuks that are nearby, should have tried to change rooms but too tired to bother after long journry

OK Overall, bit tired, good location

Overall it was a nice stay. The location is perfect which is why we stayed here as we have used before many times. We booked 2 suites but they are not like the nice fresh pictures. One was accessible meaning the shower meant you were sitting down, limited internal storage and quite dark with a view out the window of a wall. The other was similar but with a shower over a bath, but neither rooms showers worked properly. Both rooms dark with dim lighting. However, bed was comfy, it was just somewhere to sleep after all. Breakfast was good with a large choice. Mainly Indian guests which makes me think this is marketed in and around the country better than Europe for example, not an issue for us but children were left to run the corridors and fingers in food, so the staff need to keep a better eye in dining areas. Overall, we actually enjoyed our stay, as a base its ideal, the pool was clean and well looked after and our kids loved it, the rest is just personal opinion and preference and we would use again.

I liked the convenience of everything around the hotel but the room was terrible i had to call maintenance twice because all the taps were seized and the shower head fell off the wall so had to use the hand held shower head to wash. The sink taps were seized and the aicon wasn't working in tbe bedroom also the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable. Really disappointed for the money i paid.
