Nice 4 night stay with family.

This stay was a 4 night break in Bangkok for a family of four (2 teenagers). We thoroughly enjoyed it from beginning to end. Spacious, clean and comfortable 2-bedroom suite with a fantstic river view. There was an issue with the AC in one room being a bit too noisy, which I described in the arrival questionnaire - and it was fixed with impressive speed. We had breakfast (4 of 5 stars) and lounge access - plenty of canapees and a small selection of tasty drinks.

Beautiful hotel near the river with amazing views, free shuttle boat every 15-30 min to Sathorn pier and few times a day to Iconsiam mall. Excellent pool area.However we did not receive any VIP benefits, just plate of fruits with excuses for delayed check in (we came at 5 pm and they still made us wait!). Otherwise definitely worth staying.

This luxury 5 star hotel makes you feel like a VIP celebrity walking in. The staff rushes to take your bags to make sure you don’t lift a muscle. If there is anything wrong with any service needs they will make sure to fix it up to your standards and beyond. The buffet is huge and has a wide selection of different varieties. You can eat inside the beautiful restaurant or outside by the amazing river view. You can even order 24/7 room service to your room if you’re feeling lazy and the menu options are beyond spectacular. The pool and pool bar have incredible views. This was my first time ever visiting Thailand and this hotel will be the reason why I come back. Not only will I come back again, but I will be bringing friends and family because I want them to experience the AWESOME time I had in this beautiful place. For any picky hotel choosers out there, I promise you will not regret staying at this place. You will only regret NOT coming here. I cannot wait to come back again!

A great modern hotel right on the river. They have a convenient free boat taxi every 30 minutes to the nearby transportation pier for transfer anywhere around the river, making it easy to access the nearby tourist temples, chinatown, and the nearby ICON Siam mall. If you do not have one of the convenient taxi apps, the front desk will arrange your taxi and converse with the driver about destination and payment. The pool area is gorgeous. Within a 3 block walk is an area with numerous traditional Thai massage shops. We stayed in the one bedroom king suite with river view on a higher floor and the views were terrific. Bangkok is a beautiful city and we could sit on the balcony and watch the boats. Our room was very quiet. The breakfast buffet was large and very good.
