Stayed many times at The Josh. Area is perfect, it’s on a quiet street. The rooms are very small and not very soundproof but it’s clean and cheap and there’s 2 secret bars, breakfast is good and pool is small but nice. No complaints and would recommend

The staff welcomed us with genuine warmth and took care of every detail throughout our stay, making us feel truly valued and at home. Every interaction with the team was pleasant and professional, they were always ready to assist with a smile. We were especially impressed when they kindly helped arrange a van for our airport transfer, which made our departure smooth and stress-free. Having traveled extensively and visited many parts of the world, including some of the most iconic destinations, we can confidently say that the level of service and hospitality we experienced here is truly outstanding and unforgettable. It’s rare to find such consistency in care, attention, and genuine kindness. Thank you to the entire staff and crew for the wonderful service you provided. Really nice place to stay at!

Nice quaint place located not too far from Ari BTS station. Many bars around for people who want to drink at night, and their house bar serves great cocktails and rum! Showers could have a little more hooks and maybe a small shelves (for clean clothes), and probably put a cloth over the toilet door as well.

The room was ok but small, the TV didn't work, the WIFI didn't work, there wasn't any onsite parking for cars, the rooms were loud at night due the loud music multiple floors below me
