We were satisfied with the room and happy to use the outdoor pool. The hotel has a nice feel and pleasant interior architecture. From our previous stay we concluded that the restaurant and coffee shop are overpriced and we elected not to use those. We prefer to eat Thai street food nearby. It is our hotel of choice when flying out of Suvarnabhumi. The courtesy shuttle works well and is courteous.

This hotel was a disappointment definitely not 5 star . The 1 st room they gave us was like a room in a cheap 2 to 3 star hotel . The room on the 3 rd floor was run down no internet and tv only had thia language channels . After we complained we were moved to family suite on the 4 th floor( which is what i paid for )which was ok bur definitely not 5 star .It was facing the main road and was very noise . The rooms had strong smell of room deodorants, not nice . We stay in thialand for a month and i can honestly say it was the low point of our family holiday . I would not recommend this hotel . All the 10 out of 10 reviews dont make any sense, they are deceiving people and booking sites . This hotel is giving reputable booking sites a bad name as far as reveiws go . I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone .

The property was clean to the extent it could be, but old. Bathroom mildew present and the step down was a bit odd, also potentially dangerous if you didn't remember it was there. I liked its proximity to the airport and the shuttle bus. Housekeeping was lovely, although sheets didn't match twin bed next to it. Bathroom was my least favorite -- needs to be remodeled. The design and condition of the shower were dated.

They lied to me and deceived me for no reason.

At check in they went out of there way to tell me about the included breakfast between 4-10am. I had a 430am taxi and wasnt hungry but was dying for a little glass of juice before running out the door. Breakfast security lady said im not on the list for the breakfast. The manager was 25ft away and said im good to get breakfast. (What hotel doesnt include free continental breakfast anyway???) She said im still not allowed in. A 5bhat juice and being lied to lost my repeat business forever. I would avoid this hotel now. There are a couple new one down the road Ill be using. Ps- Night staff nice. Morning staff = unpleasant.

Hotel Siam Mandarina was a delight to stay at. This was my first trip to Thailand and was worried about transportation to a hotel, but the staff here made it stress free. The service was impeccable during my stay as well. I would definitely recommend staying here. Just be aware it is about an hour into downtown Bangkok and plans accordingly.

As soon as we walked in the room there were water bugs EVERYWHERE to the point we didn’t even take a shower for the 8 hrs we were there. That was the main complaint. We only stayed for 8 hrs before catching a flight to Phuket but I definitely wouldn’t stay there again.
