Very clean hotel in a very walkable area close to many landmarks and attractions. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. I forgot my travel adapter and was able to get one from the front desk to use until I purchased a new one. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Since I don’t speak Spanish, I was not aware of being upgraded. My stay was excellent. The bartender was great to talk with about Barcelona, and the breakfast was fantastic. Room was very comfortable.

Fab stay

We stayed for 3 nights. It was fantastic. Great location. Great service. Very clean. Close to fantastic shops and tourist attractions. Delicious breakfast. Room was quite hot at night but we slept with the curtain open and window open which solved that. Couldn't turn the heating down. Lovely bathroom and shower.

I would not recommend this hotel to nobody, their customer service sucks and selfish. I didn’t like the fact that due to many incidents with the airlines, I didn’t feel comfortable flying, I asked if I can modify my reservation for a later dates but the manager didn’t want to give me a credit. I didn’t event asked for a refund, I simply asked for a credit! Horrible hotel DO NOT BOOK!
