Counter staff cheery and helpful but as no staff restaurant closed on Saturday when we arrived, for two night stay.We did like most residents there and had all meals and drinks out at the handy local shops or Catalina Club. Pleasant location and good sized rooms.

The apartment is spacious and bed sheets are clean. However the whole apartment needs deep cleaning and dusting, all hard flooring including in the bathrooms needs mopping, all surfaces need wiping and toilet needs thorough clean. Shower has urine smells.

Stayed one night. Great room with excellent facilities. Easy check in by friendly person who was actually the manager. Room was very spacious and well appointed with everything needed to make the stay enjoyable. Short walk to IGA, Take Away Shops, Drive Thru Bottle Shop, Bakery and Coffee Shop. Apartment had a wonderful view to the beach which is a short stroll away. Overall experience excellent.

Great location across the road from the carnival and a short drive or walk to the main town. Large two bedroom apartment with large balcony overlooking the pool and bay. Had a large suitcase which was a little hard lifting up stairs but otherwise will def done and stay again

Pretty good value, but….No free wi/fi instructions. Bed sheets in terrible condition with many holes in the bottom sheet. The picture on hotels.com of the room we selected had a view of the bay, however our room had a view of the main road. Basically a nice room, however when I spoke to the staff, they didn’t seem to care.

Although the size and space of the rooms were decent, the absence of pest control really ruined our stay. There were a LOT of ants (including on the bed), and a live cockroach on the toilet floor. Also the rooms were cleaned poorly; there was a dirty smudged pillow, and crackers on the corner of the bedroom floor (which of course had ants on it too, but still not as many as in the main bedroom where there were ants on the bed…). In the morning, my husband had a shave only to discover dozens of ants hiding in his shaver (and in his bag too). We now nickname this place ‘Ant World’.

When we booked for Sun/Mon there was no mention that the office was not 'manned' for those two days. And, it was not stated that the bar/restaurant is closed on those days. This significantly detracted from the pleasure of staying there. Additionally, it was noted that non-guests were using the pool. There needs to be more security.
