Slipping??

Have stayed here several times, but things have slipped last two stays. This last stay I had a room that had been smoked in by prior guests. There was a strong cigar/cigarette smell in the room. Hopefully thingss will get back on track.

Looked like a drug exchange outside when my family and I walked in. It was weird. Very unprofessional the guy that I first encountered couldn’t help me had to call his mom. Had to wait for her to come check me in. She was nice but it’s weird. I didn’t even feel safe in the room tbh and was scared to leave my car outside.

It was not a great experience. When I checked in late at midnight it reeked of cigarettes in the lobby, the room was very outdated, no air vent in the bathroom, no body wash in the dispenser, towels had hairs on them, bed was lumpy and housekeeping knocks on your door in the morning asking if you need anything. I would not recommend this hotel to a family member or friend.

Good for overnight trip

It’s a decent hotel next to the airport. Very convenient, the manager on-site was very understanding, hotel:com doesn’t tell you theirs a deposit at all the locations

this was the worst hotel stay we ever had. pictures and positive reviews were much better that our experience. the room was dirty. found trash under the bed. bathroom was super dirty to the point of us refraining taking a shower. floors - seemed like they weren't cleaned in a while. went down for breakfast in the morning, but all that was there was cereal with no milk anywhere, instant oatmeal packages, old bananas and a few apples and that was literally it. Included breakfast was one of the reasons I chose the hotel. It looked more like a dorm than the hotel. there was 4 of us staying in the room and we only had 2 towels in the bathroom. I'd recommend to avoid the place if you care about cleanliness and service. We were literally afraid of touching things (and we are not the people with phobias or anything like that)

Manager was arguing on phone upon my arrival I was exhausted and still made to wait until she finished arguing. I asked about my included free check out and was told it was $40 I showed them my rewards and was still awakened at 7am to discuss then again at 9am only to find it was included. Sheets were dirty hooks were broken to hang things blow dryers were broken tv showed dark blue picture near impossible to watch hands down worst stay I’ve had.

The property is not in good condition. The room I was given was not properly cleaned. I was approached in the parking lot by someone pretending to work there, who asked to use my cell phone. When I went in to advise staff, they were in the midst of a virulent argument with a patron. Mildew and Spiders in the shower (I’d asked for a room with a tub). Outdated, broken furnishings. I checked out after an hour. Sacrificed $79 for this. I’ve learned my lesson about Sonesta properties. I ask that Expedia examine this chain and be more discerning about the hotels you offer.
