Lovely country hotel

Stayed one night to break the long drive back to Santander. Beautiful location and comfortable quiet room. The staff and service were great. Dinner was lovely.

Loved this hotel.

Wonderful hotel...we loved it. Great bar & terrace. Staff made us so welcome. We felt very safe in these difficult times too. Only improvement would be air-con as room quite warm in September with fan provided.

Merece la pena, repetiremos

Nos ha encantado, repetiremos. Medidas anticovid muy bien, instalaciones muy bien también (tal cual salen en las fotos), personal muy amable, se come estupendamente en el restaurante, la piscina genial, y además mucha tranquilidad (al menos cuando fuimos). Fuimos con un perro pequeño y muy cómodos en todo momento. Además, Becerril parece un buen punto de partida para hacer rutas de campo. Lo dicho, merece la pena, repetiremos.

Cuando llegamos no tenían la habitacion preparada ni la, reserva realizada a pesar de haber llamado también al hotel. Tuve que llamar a la central de reservas pues a pesar de enseñarle al recepcionista la confirmación de la habitación y la transferencia no me daba habitación. Para colmo y después de ya darme la habitación pretendían darnos un calefactor para ponerlo en la habitacion. Gracias a la camarera, Dessi, una mujer bulgara encantadira que al notar nuestro descontento se encargó personalmente de solucionarlo y pedirnos disculpas. Nos dieron una suite con bomba de calor. Dorminos calentitos pero.... La cama muy incomoda, se movia en exceso y en general signos de poco mantenimiento y cuidado de instalaciones.
