Staff was very nice and helpful. Free breakfast buffet was convenient and it wasn’t just bagels, oatmeal, or yogurt. They had eggs, biscuits and gravy, juices, and all the other options previously mentioned. Easy to get to and convenient to hiking trails which was perfect for my visit!

Breakfast was good. Only plus. Room had mold in the rim of the sink. No drain stoppers in sink or tub. Crack from water damage above shower. Spider and bug in the bathroom. Overall, this place needs to be renovated. I have pictures if you want to see them. Would not stay here again.

Was on a road trip with a buddy.. just wanted a receipt for the night when checking out.. the lady was rude and would not even tell me what I paid for the night before.. no manager to be found! Had to call the corporate office just to find out how much they charged my credit card! 😡

It was quiet. Bed were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. We discovered our refrigerator didn't work and they had it replaced the next day. They wanted to give us a discount because we had the refrigerator and toilet problems but wereunable to because we booked through Expedia

Great value hotel … but there are issues

The sink faucet was barely attached, the shower spray was barely functioning and the tiling/grouting in front of the toilet were missing. And when we requested housecleaning, with assurance that it would be done that day, we came back to a hotel room filled with garbage (the size of the trash cans is insufficient) and no clean towels. But perhaps most concerning was an open bible in the lobby by with regional map to signal that the owner / manager is more focused on Christian evangelism in a secular society rather than keeping this aging building operational. On the bright side, the beds/pillows are excellent, the hotel is quite quiet and the breakfasts are terrific value.

Okay stay but expected better for price.

Decent breakfast. Eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy, breads, etc. Room was clean but one bedspread had dark smears on it and we had to get another. Ac worked well, quiet, strong chemical smell in hallways. Laundry facilities out of order, only one working ice machine on first floor. Pillows were small squares, not normal pillows. Staff was friendly and helpfull.

The rooms are very small. The bathroom especially. The beds are comfortable and linens soft. Breakfast was not what I was expecting, not much to choose from and coffee was very weak. All in all being in oak hill we it was about the only hotel I saw.
